Justin Cohen is a Product Designer working at Plaid.

Justin started his design career as a digital campaigner at the advocacy organization NARAL in Washington, DC. Afterwards, he worked as a UX fellow at Foresee where he gained a foundational understanding of usability best practices and enterprise software development.

At Google, Justin first worked in Sunnyvale, California on Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and focused on tools for IT admins to manage their users, apps, and devices. He then moved to New York City to work on Google Cloud Platform where he designed products to help developers continuously build, test, and deploy applications.

Today, Justin's a Design Lead at Plaid where he's designing tools that help financial instituions integrate with Plaid APIs, as well as experiences that help consumers connect their bank accounts to financial apps. Justin is responsible for all phases of the UX process from research and user flows to prototypes and visual design. He also facilitates quarterly planning and influences the product roadmap.

Justin obtained his Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. He is originally from Maryland where he enjoys eating crabs.
