Hi, I'm Justin. I started my design career as a digital campaigner at the advocacy organization Reproductive Freedom for All in Washington, DC. Afterwards, I worked as a UX fellow at Foresee where I gained a foundational understanding of usability best practices and enterprise software development.
At Google, I first worked in Sunnyvale, California on Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and focused on tools for IT admins to manage their users, apps, and devices. I then moved to New York City to work on Google Cloud Platform where I designed products to help developers continuously build, test, and deploy applications.
Today, I'm a Design Lead at Plaid where I'm designing tools that help fintech apps and financial institutions integrate with Plaid APIs, as well as experiences that help consumers connect their bank accounts to financial apps. I'm responsible for all phases of the design process from research and user flows to prototypes and visual design. I also facilitates quarterly planning and influence the product roadmap.
I obtained my Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. I'm originally from Maryland where I enjoy eating crabs.
